Workplace Partnership, a project for social innovation

At the end of 2007, the European Social Fund launched a call for 'Social Innovation'. Social innovation means the way in which an organisation organises its work and how it takes into account the skills of all employees involved. Because our employees are the most important competitive asset in our organisation, we decided to take advantage of this opportunity via the ESF 'Workplace Partnership' project.
